Upload speed isn't the best. 20/0.8, it's a joke.Customer service - UK based apparently, also a joke.
Modem is always down (The ready light is constantly flashing).

They are sooooooo bad, got 20mb/s package, barely even get 800kb/s. The customer service is ok, but they don't really help. ...
