I have had a 610 Dongle since March 2010, have paid £15 pm and only used it twice. Imagine my shock when I received a bill from T-Mobile for £321 which had already been debited to my account! Apparently, someone must have taken the sim card out of my dongle and used it for phone calls predominantly to Pakistan, but also Middlesborough and London and mobile networks. Wouldn't you think there would be some security in place to flag fraudulent usage when the contract I agreed was for £15 per month usage only and computer records will show such low usage! I didn't even realise the dongle could be used to phone people. Perhaps I am niave - but for other potential users, be warned. A dongle provides quite a considerable security threat to your finances!

I like the web'n'walk manager, this is a useful piece of software that allows you to easily monitor your data usage - an important thing when using mobile broadband. I do not like the unreliability of the service. It can be slow and connection caan be very unreliable, meaning that youtube videos don't play or that I need to attempt to load a page several times before it will actually load. I don't know if this is a problem with T-Mobile or all providers, but have read some reviews that suggest it is a wider issue than just T-Mobile.

The speeds are good enough for browsing and my emails, but in low reception areas it can be hit and miss just like your mobile phone. Its very convenient to use wherever I take my laptop though.
